What is it?
A Project Risk Estimation provides insight into how the quality of a project plan can be assessed, whether a project plan is realistic and what can be done to increase a project’s chances of success.
Why is it needed?
Good preparation in the form of a project plan can increase the likelihood of a successful project.
Application:
When project risks are identified, they can be accepted based on their impact on success, or risk mitigation measures put in place, increasing the likelihood of the project’s success.
